Secondary + primary route optimization

Click the canvas to place service points. Transformers (drag to reposition) compete for territory via Voronoi nearest-neighbor; Prim's MST finds the minimum-length secondary route per territory. Switch to Primary + Secondary mode to add a draggable substation source and visualize primary feeder extension — Prim's MST from source to transformers with full impedance VD (R cos φ + X sin φ).

This demo covers secondary/primary routing; the backend siting engine goes further — new-line corridor and route generation over nine real constraint layers (land cover, hydrology, slope, public lands, floodplain, historic/cultural, land rights, co-location, regional fire hazard), with default layer weights from an AHP expert-committee calibration rather than placeholders. A generated route can be turned into a fully engineered candidate pole plan — placement, framing, strength sizing, guying, and ground-clearance validation — before anything is proposed as a real change.
