Verdicts

Clearance rules shown: In GO-95 mode, the required vertical separation between primary and neutral is 40 in (3.3 ft) (Table 1 Case 11, supply to neutral on same structure). Between neutral and communication is 40 in (3.3 ft) (Table 1 Case 13, neutral to comm). Between primary and comm is 40 in minimum for GO-95 Grade C (Table 2 — same structure). In NESC mode, Table 232-1 and 235-5 apply with grade-B defaults. The platform's Clearance API runs all 14 GO-95 Table 1 cases and full NESC 232/235 against a complete Universal Pole Model.
